Mary McKenna is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania with nearly fifteen years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. She has worked with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, PTSD, LGBTQ+ issues, women’s issues, and major life transitions. Mary also has significant experience supporting survivors of domestic violence.
Mary takes a personalized, client-centered approach, tailoring treatment to meet each individual’s unique needs. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and empowerment-based approaches into her work. Mary believes in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. Through a genuine and compassionate approach, she helps clients identify and address thought patterns that may limit personal growth, healing, and overall well-being.
