Hello! I’m Jaime !

MSW, LSW

Jaime is a Licensed Social Worker with extensive experience in outpatient and community-based settings where she supported youth, families, and adults from diverse backgrounds. During this time, she trained in two trauma-informed, relationally-focused treatment models which continue to shape her understanding of client experiences and guide her approach. Jaime’s is committed to creating a space where clients feel safe, heard, and respected throughout the therapeutic relationship. She has a down-to-earth, nonjudgmental presence, meeting each person where they are and focusing on empowerment through their existing strengths. Jaime tailors interventions to meet clients’ needs and interests, blending emotional insight with practical skills and actionable strategies to support clients in addressing their identified goals. She views therapy as a collaborative and flexible process, and uses a curious, compassionate, and authentic perspective to work alongside clients through their journey.

Jaime is passionate about working with children and adolescents, supporting them through critical stages of growth and strengthening family dynamics. She also enjoys working with young adults and adults with needs such as life transitions, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, chronic illness, and other personal concerns.

Jaime has five years of training in Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT), and training in the Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) which guides Jaime’s trauma-informed, relationally-focused approach.
