Hello! I’m Chelsea!
MA, LPC
Chelsea is a licensed therapist with a diverse background in education and clinical experience. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, along with a minor in Health and Wellness, from Cedar Crest College. She then completed her Master’s in Professional and School Counseling at Rosemont College, after spending over a year working in school guidance departments at both the middle and high school level.
Since then, Chelsea has worked in outpatient therapy, inpatient psychiatry, and one-on-one coaching with individuals who have felt particularly disconnected from themselves or their sense of purpose. Through this work, she has become dedicated to helping clients rediscover their strengths, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Chelsea’s approach to therapy is compassionate, grounded, and collaborative. She believes therapy is about walking alongside her clients in their journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery. Her process in treatment planning is flexible and tailored, drawing from client-centered, CBT, and trauma-informed perspectives, while honoring each person’s unique needs. Whether developing practical coping skills, deepening self-awareness, or exploring the mind-body connection, Chelsea meets clients where they are and supports them in moving toward where they aim to be.
Chelsea’s philosophy centers on the belief that healing happens when people feel seen, supported, and safe enough to explore their authentic selves. She approaches therapy with curiosity and warmth, guiding clients toward greater clarity, self-acceptance, and lasting transformation.
