Briana completed her Bachelor Social Work degree from Kutztown University, completing her master’s in social work from Walden University. Briana has experience in working with the geriatric population alongside younger adults dealing with everyday stressors, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life changes/transitions.
Briana provides a warm, compassionate, and supportive environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and valued. She is committed to meeting clients where they are in their journey, honoring each person’s unique experiences while fostering a safe space for healing and growth.
Briana works with individuals experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, life transitions, and daily stressors that can impact emotional well-being and functioning. Her approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, emphasizing collaboration, empathy, and strengths-based care. She believes meaningful change occurs when clients feel supported, empowered, and understood.
Through thoughtful listening and individualized care, Briana supports clients in developing coping strategies, increasing self-awareness, and building resilience. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate challenges at their own pace while working toward improved balance, emotional wellness, and quality of life.
