  • billing support so you never have to fight insurance claim denials again?
  • an in-house psychiatric nurse to collaborate with and refer your clients to?
  • to always have a full schedule flush with as many referrals as you ever want?
  • easy access to a wide variety of other independent contractors to consult with when needed?
  • to be an independent contractor associated with of the “Best Counseling Practice in the Lehigh Valley” as voted in Lehigh Valley Style Magazine in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024?
  • to be an independent contractor associated with the 2023 recipient of “Who’s Who” in Business, Lehigh Valley?

If you answered “Yes” to all of these questions, submit resume and cover letter to: info@bcamentalhealth.com

Whether you want to treat a few clients a week or several, BCA is always looking for talented and experienced therapists to contract with us.

Professional Training, Supervision & Consultation

  • At BCA, we believe that clinicians should continue their education and training throughout their entire career.  Therefore, every therapist contracting with BCA has access to regularly scheduled peer consultation groups as well as qualified therapists who could provide support or even individual supervision if requested.  Supervision is not provided to independent contractors by BCA, however many contractors associated with BCA are qualified to provide supervision if requested.  Peer supervision is great for:

    • Gaining hours toward an additional license
    • Providing an opportunity for the clinician to confidentially discuss difficult and complex cases with another clinician
    • Discussing issues surrounding the therapeutic setting such as case management, assessment, and planning
    • Providing a professional setting where the clinicians can assess client progress, define future treatment goals, share treatment ideas and ensure clients receive the most effective treatment.

Continuing Education

  • BCA is an approved provider of continuing education units through the American Psychological Association (APA). As a CE provider, BCA is able to offer CEUs to therapists through workshops offered on-site at the BCA office. Additionally, all of the licensed professionals contracting with BCA complete and an average of 15 continuing education credits each year.
