Judi MoBilio is a Licensed Social Worker and Life Coach who understands that life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming.  Judi believes through a collaborative and supportive approach, individuals can identify their strengths, overcome obstacles and trauma, and develop practical strategies for achieving their desired outcomes, and a greater sense of fulfillment.

Judi approaches the therapeutic process with a commitment to holistic well-being. She
believes true transformation occurs when all aspects of life are addressed – mental,
emotional, physical, and spiritual. Her sessions are relaxed and open, embodying the
style of a “therapeutic friend”. She works with clients to cultivate a growth mindset, build
resilience, and develop the tools and habits necessary for sustainable success while
celebrating individuality and honoring one’s journey.

Judi’s professional experiences include working with individuals providing mood and
behavioral counseling for the treatment of anxiety and depression in adolescents and
adults. Couples/marriage counseling, and family & parenting-related issues, including
Co-Parenting counseling for Lehigh and Northampton County Family Courts.  Judi also
specializes in grief & bereavement counseling, having worked with hospice patients and
their families.  Additionally, Judi works with clients as a Life Coach helping people
achieve their personal and professional goals by providing support, accountability, and
guidance.
