Leigh Ann is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years experience
providing compassionate and effective therapy to individuals, families and couples. She is a native of the Lehigh Valley and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cedar Crest College, later pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work from Marywood University. Her educational experience has deepened her understanding of human behavior and social systems, enhancing the effectiveness of her therapeutic approach. Having worked in various settings, including home settings, hospitals, schools, and private practice, she brings a wealth of experience to help individuals navigate life’s challenges by focusing on client centered goals and treatments.
Leigh Ann specializes in work with adolescents as young as 13 through end of life. In doing so, she demonstrates strong competency addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment, chronic illness, and end of life decision making. Utilizing a humanistic approach, she incorporates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and family systems therapy, and abbreviated DBT. Her eclectic approach allows for greater flexibility with individual treatment planning.
