Hello! I’m Jillian!

MA, LPC

Jillian is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with a variety of clients both individually and in group settings. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Drexel University. Jillian started in the field working with at-risk individuals in both the juvenile detention and prison systems in Philadelphia before moving back to the Allentown area where she continued to work with clients experiencing a variety of concerns in an outpatient setting. Over the last four years, Jillian has been providing integrative care to individuals struggling with opioid use disorders and co-occurring mental health diagnoses.

While Jillian specializes in Art Therapy, her goal is to support clients through individualized interventions and believes in building on each client’s personal strengths to facilitate growth. Through a variety of modalities, she aims to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel empowered to challenge themselves therapeutically.

About Art Therapy:

Art Therapy is an integrative approach that utilizes a variety of expressive and creative outlets to enhance the therapeutic process for those interested. This technique can engage individuals of all ages regardless of artistic skill level. You can only draw stick figures? No worries! Art Therapy is about the process and tapping into your creative side. With guidance from an art therapist, clients can develop a deeper understanding of feelings and behaviors where words may be difficult.
